Facility Commissioning Group employs the experience and knowledge of Engineering Design Solutions, PLLC(EDS). EDS was established in 1999 by Joe Howard, P.E., CxA, LEED AP, charter Certified Commissioning Authority (#306-118) as a registered professional engineering firm in the state of Kentucky offering commercial and industrial electrical services in Alabama, Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina and Tennessee. The EDS staff possesses 24 years of experience including 12 years of electric utility experience, seven years of troubleshooting commercial/industrial power quality problems and eight years of consulting engineering. EDS registrations include Certified Energy Manager, Certified Power Quality, and USGBC LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
